Getting called out by friends is kinda like getting the trees in your yard rolled with toilet paper. In one sense you got to clean up the mess, but in another someone is saying they love you. I have been pin-balling between blog-Facebook-Twitter. Not sure why, but I'm thinking mostly the relentless peer-pressure to be tech-kool and not a total loser.
So, yes I was called out on my blog-slothfulness. Here you go......and I already have half a dozen hyphenated words.
The past month has been unbelievable. Both personally and at FCC.
Here are few things:
1.Driving my wife crazy....literally & seriously. She has vertigo symptons that she is fighting and hopefully will overcome soon.
2. Laid 6000 sq. feet of sod. Never really had a grass yard that you could walk in barefoot.
3. Son Andy has had several seizures. Getting med levels checked. And he is awesome.
4. Zack started baseball season. He is an awesome kid, too.
5. Launched two new Community LIFE Groups.
6. Finished basketball Discovery LIFE with incredible championship play-off.
7. Launched first FCC Softball league. Over 100 sign-ups.
8. Open finger surgery performed last Sunday night after LIFE Groups.
9. Spoke for Pastor Greg at the Toccoa Campus last Sunday. JB and Shannon are doing awesome.
10. I'm "T.P.'n" the yard of this guy's blog efforts. Come, D.O., give us something.
11. FCC launched new worship experience called "The Venue" at 11:15am Led by Eric Peters.
12. Prayed for this guy to do well this Sunday.
13. My son Andrew turned 16. He got a killer wheel chair and Clemson Tiger gear.
14. Jeannie and I started a new "STarting Point" Campus LIFE Group.
15. Trying to plan a family vacation. WE all need it.
16. Keeping up with 24, LOST, Survivor, Celebrity Apprentice, & American Idol
17. Spent 3 days with dad and brother in Clayton, Ga. Awesome time to play golf and catch up
